My greatest interests lie in the area of psychology, especially cluster B personality disorders, and particularly the extreme end on the spectrum of antisocial personality disorder - psychopathy. I am interested in researching the causes of this disorder, and examining the interplay of environmental and biological factors in its development and symptom manifestation. The bibliography for this research question can be found in my Library 100 folder.

I am passionate about forensic psychology, and would love to research long term memory as it applies to eyewitness testimony, i.e. the reconstructive characteristic of memory, memory distortions, and false memory creation. 

I am also interesed in the processes of learning and decision making, especially the most fundamental form of decision making - categorization.

My other interests include linguistics, foreign languages, literary theory, comparative literature, Medieval English literature, physics, and astronomy.
