I am the Special Sections editor at the Sun Journal in Lewiston, Maine. I am an Arts & Humanities undergrad at the University of Southern Maine's Lewiston Auburn College - graduation:2012/13. I am working on an Independent Study with a focus on creating a digitized collection of the texts and photos of the Woman's Literary Union and examining the collection to relate the interests of the WLU from the late 1800s to today. Just three weeks into this study and am overwhelmed by the amount of work that needs to be done, beginning with the digitizing and archiving of the WLU's collection and the need for grants.
