I'm a career (35 years) genealogist/family historian cum California historian. Research and writing has been my passion, with emphasis on the former. Much writing is roughly on my computer and may never see the light of day thanks to a huge number of interests combined with ADD. I believe that Zotera could provide a huge productivity boost to me and to those who share with me the domains I swim in.  I'll do my best to master this wonderful resource and draw others into it. As a technically challenged oldster, I'll try to start a genealogy group of those who aspire to raising genealogy/family history to greater scholarship.
