I am an Education Coordinator with the Learning and Engagement team at Ocean Networks Canada. I work closely with educators to develop and teach new courses and educational materials designed to promote marine science and foster ocean literacy in universities, colleges, and communities across BC and Canada.

My research has focused on understanding impacts to aquatic systems—whether physical, chemical, or natural—and advancing best management practices and stewardship of natural habitats. I hold a PhD in Ecotoxicology and an MSc in Aquaculture from the University of Stirling, a BSc in Applied Ecology from the University of Ulster, and a BEd from St. Thomas University.
