•     Administrative responsibilities include maintaining budget, fundraising, annual appeal, press release, exhibit design and installation, press releases and announcements.

 

•     Curate exhibitions for three venues, approximately12 exhibits annually.

 

•     Participate in volunteer group Friends of Fine Art, Chair of advisory board to assist in developing gallery policies, liaise with senior management.

 

•     Create governance documents, including, updating mission statement, collections management policy, exhibition policy and other enabling documentation to lead to accreditation.

 

•     Registrar for the permanent collection.

 

       •    Supervise student interns and gallery coordinators working in areas that include marketing projects, exhibit design    

 

             and installation, and general collection management and research.
