I am a patient advocate and researcher for complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), I myself have CRPS 1, and I quickly found researching to be a good pain distracting activity for me 6 years ago when I first started researching CRPS, over the years I have posted this research online to promote awareness of this terrible disease and to help CRPS patients looking for specific CRPS related research material.  I have also in the last 3 years created a website and 4 groups related to this disability subject to try to increase patient and doctor awareness of CRPS, I am now in the process of writing a book on this subject.
