I am a physician, psychiatrist and a psychoanalyst.  I have trained in family therapy and also in Physician Executive Management. I have an MBA from Southern Methodist University.  I am interested in the application of psychology and family systems theory to the areas of corporate culture, organizational dynamics, and decision-making processes.  I am particularly interested in corporate ethics, board functioning, and the psychology of deviant adaptations in organizational cultrues.  I have also served on the editorial board of the Journal of the American Academy of Psychoanalysis and Dynamic Psychiatry, and have a special interest in neuro-psychoanalysis.
