Professor at Universidade Federal do Pará UFPA, Institute of Applied Social Science ICSA, Faculty of Archivology. Graduated in Psychology, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (1997), Specialization in Management of Technology and Competitiveness, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2002), Diploma in Management Research, Universite de Rouen (2006), Master in Business Administration, National University of Colombia (2009) and PHD in Information Science (2015) from São Paulo State University UNESP. His research work focuses on the area of Strategic Management of Information and Communication Technologies and Knowledge, Digital Exclusion and Inclusion, the Digital as a form of domination and research methodologies in the study of Technological Narratives. He has done research on bibliometric analysis of the concept of Corporate Governance, Digital Divide in university students from Colombia, the History of the concept of Digital Divide, Informational Literacy, Domain Analysis of the concept of Digital Divide, Semiotics in the Digital and the Construction of a Digital Ontology in Latin America.
