I am currently studying for an MA in Interdisciplinary/Comparative Studies with a concentration in Spiritual Formation at CST/CLU. I am exploring the positive outcomes of contemplative practices in the recovery from trauma, particularly in domestic violence and sexual abuse. I hope to then go on to a PHD in Practical Theology examining the preventive effects of contemplative practices in youth and teens, especially young women.
