I am a medical anthropologist currently conducting research in Nepal on Ayurvedic medicine and medicinal plant conservation. I also work in the fields of Dalit studies and gender studies. Additionally, I provide expert testimony on cases involving Nepalis seeking political asylum in the U.S.
