I am the Executive Director, Learning and Teaching in the Office of the Provost and VIce-President (Academic) and Centre for Learning and Teaching at Dalhousie University.  Originally my background is in history, but I have worked for over a decade in teaching and learning in higher education, with a focus on undergraduate research and inquiry, academic development, experiential learning, faculty attitudes and practices in teaching and learning, and e-learning.
