Miami-Dade Pre-Trial Detention Center (PTDC) Law Collections Review: Review of PTDC law collections as part of federally mandated consent decree process.    UM Adjunct Law Faculty serving as court-appointed PTDC ombudsman invited Brian Williams to evaluate collections (prisoners’ constitutional right of access to courts) (PTDC visit 1996).[1]
