I am a fourth year PhD student in the neuroscience graduate program at Emory University studying how experiences in infancy and early childhood affect the development of the brain and behavior. I completed my bachelor's degree at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA where I fell in love with the culture (especially the rich musical history) and people of NOLA. I hope to positively impact the NOLA community through my involvement with the New Orleans Studies group by bringing a scientific perspective and an eagerness to learn from other perspectives.
