Whether you are a parent or a legal guardian you should know something about teenagers. The fundamental thing is to realize that every kid want to be cool. In order to be perceived as one, the youngsters try to improve their peers by a variety of behavioral manners we adults might see as inapropriate or blameworthy. You need to know they see it differently. They just want to be seen. Especially girls want to be magnificient and adored by everybody. They all want to be wonderfully dressed and be free. The key for bridging the generation gap lays in simple understanding of that truth.
