There is no function to retrieve files deleted from Recycle Bin in Windows platform, but some third-party software such as Recuva, Tenorshare Data Recovery can recover files that deleted from Recycle Bin.(Please Note, Recuva is a freeware that may recover your file but there are possible that your files get corrupted and you can't open them. Tenorshare Data Recovery is much more professional and reliable. )
