9.  NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS



    Brooks, J.D. (2003, November). Created Criminal Investigation Task Force (CITF) Emergency Preparedness Plan for IT Systems presented electronically.  This was a procedural manual for FBI, CIA, Air Force OSI, Navy’s NCIS, and other agencies for use during natural disasters.  The IT equipment was integral to locating international terrorists.  Ft. Belvoir, VA. 



    Brooks, J.D. (2005, July).  Developed SACCS Online Training System.  Strategic Automated Command Control Systems (SACCS) is a nuclear arsenal linked database.  Created a master training plan for 25 workers on 300 advanced tasks (both a manual and an electronic hot-linked document).  Diagrams, checklists, and emergency procedures were added.  Air Combat Command (the major command to which Offutt AFB is a member base) presented me with a “Star Performer” award in recognition of the plan.  Offutt AFB, NE.
