BA in history from Millsaps College (1975), JD from Mississippi College School of Law (1981), returned to get MA in government and am considering a PhD in American Studies.

I've lived in Texas, Mississippi, New Orleans, Maryalnd & Northern Virginia, and the Puget Sound region of Washington State.  I firmly believe in John Lennon's view that life is what happens while you are making plans.

I've been married to my best friend for 30 years, and have 2 wonderful daughters.
