My professional experience consists of 13 years of progressively working in the area of Human Rights and specifically in

Child Rights in South Asia, particularly in India and Afghanistan in an emergency context. I have been engaged with people’s movements, NGOs, Support Organisations, CSO Networks, International Aid Agencies and UN programmes on different capacities. Capacity building of NGOs and Practitioners on Child Rights based programming, child protection, Child Participation, Programme Management, Research, Policy analysis, advocacy with States, Programme Monitoring and Evaluations, Reporting to Donors and representation in the key National-International forums have been some of my key responsibilities and strengths as well.
