I am a young engineer interested in one of the main challenges of our era: energy sustainability from the policy perspective. At the moment I am finishing my PhD in Sustainable Energy Policy Analysis under the supervision of internationally renowned professors in the field (Ignacio Pérez-Arriaga and Pedro Linares) at the BP Chair on Energy and Sustainability and the Instituto de Investigación Tecnólogica, Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI/ICADE Madrid.

After completing my PhD, I would like to continue my career as an internationally-focused expert and consultant in sustainable energy policy, be it for multilateral agencies, private companies or consulting firms. Ideally, I would like to keep in contact with the academic world, to be able to stay as an eventual lecturer in order to provide students with my insights from the industry and policy arenas.

Apart from this, I am interested in aid for development (I am member of the Board of the Spanish NGO Energía Sin Fronteras) and in big music events as a way to communicate sustainability ideas to society (I am Co-Founder and Director for Energy at EarthBeatz S.L.).

My background is an internationally-oriented training in engineering, having a French-Spanish double diploma after being awarded an Erasmus Scholarship and after having worked as a trainee at international institutions such as the European Space Agency and Airbus.

I enjoy and am used to working as part of international teams and I feel very comfortable while working and developing interpersonal relations and communications in English, French and Spanish
