I am a PhD student in the University of Groningen. My research project is about the optical properties of organic semiconductors, which are materials with the great potential for innovative and amazing applications. Imagine, that to put a solar cell to the roof of your house you would only need to paint it!  Remember newspaper with animated illustrations that wizards read in the novels about Harry Potter? Plastic electronics opens possibilities to do that kind of magic! I am very proud to contribute to the effort aiming such fantastic applications.
