Since finishing my PhD, I've continued working with a quality improvement team at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles to develop and assess the impact of education and communication interventions. I’m also an educator with experience developing individuals through teaching, training, and facilitation. I have over five years of experience training and facilitating undergraduate, MBA, and executive-level groups at USC’s Marshall School of Business and through executive training programs at the Annenberg School and the Naval Postgraduate School. I currently teach graduate courses on corporate strategic communication and organizational strategy and change at the Annenberg School.
