I am a content expert in the areas of manipulation & body based practices and qigong (tai chi). I teach qigong from the zhan zhuang, xingyi, bagua and taiji systems in weekly and monthly classes. My chiropractic practice focus is the care of musculoskeletal problems of the spine using traditional chiropractic, myofascial release and exercise.
