Manage Valparaiso Signature Online Program (VSOP) and course certification process. Assist with new course creation, identify areas of weakness in existing courses and consult with faculty for improvements. Interact with faculty and staff on a daily basis to provide training, documentation, and support for instructional technology, specialized instructional software, and other technological applications that complement and enhance instruction.
