Aaron DeNovellis is the Executive Director for a continuing care retirement community called Mirador. He began working at the facility in 2012, when the occupancy level was less than fifty percent. Over the past four years, he has been able to increase occupancy across the board, and maintain a ninety percent occupancy for all levels of care for the past two. He understands what it takes to manage a large-scale facility.
