Adam Turner
I am a PhD candidate and graduate teaching fellow in the Department of History at the University of Oregon. I also contribute to the history, medicine, and gender blog Nursing Clio. My research focuses on the history of disability and medicine in the 20th-century United States. I focus specifically on genetics, reproduction, and genetic counseling. Prior to joining the University of Oregon I was a research associate at the Center for History and New Media, at George Mason University.
