Assistnat Professor in School of Management at Bucknell; I am intersted in social networks, org theory, and social theory as it relates to organizations.  I also do work on knowledge, learning, creativity, and change.  I am working on an approach to virtual worlds using institutional theory right now.  I would like to study social entrepreneurs or innovators soon.
