Elijah Reynolds

I teach first year Arabic at Indiana University. I received my MA in the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Cultures in Arabic language, Arabic linguistics and Islamic Studies. I am currently finishing courese work for the PhD program in the Linguistics Department at IU.

My research focus is on Arabic phonology, particularly I am interested in the role of suprasegmental tiers in the native phonology-phonetics interface ,models of acquisition and computation of loan words in Egyptian.
