Here's a list of some of the known bugs in various versions of Zotero.

Incompatible Extensions
The following Firefox extensions are known to cause problems with Zotero:
Known Issues in 1.0.3
- Drag-and-drop might not work if you previously customized your Quick Copy output setting. To fix, go to the Export pane of the Zotero prefs and reselect a Default Output Format.
Known Issues in 1.0.0rc1 and later
- Some users may receive a “database disk image is malformed” error during the upgrade process.
- This error appears to be caused by a bug related to large database transactions in either SQLite or Firefox. If it happens to you, please try using our database repair tool to rebuild your database. If you continue to have problems, contact us at support@zotero.org for assistance.
