Need more than one Zotero library? You can use the Preferences–>Advanced Settings→Storage Location setting to switch between multiple Zotero libraries, including a local Zotero library (on your computer) and a network Zotero library.

There is currently no way to delete development styles. You can however use Reset Translators and Styles in the Advanced pane of the Zotero prefs and reinstall just the ones you want. We'll be adding citation style manager in a future release.

To see all the collections an item is in, hold down the “Option” key on Macs or the “Control” key on Windows. This will highlight all collections that contain the selected record.

Press ”+” (plus) on the keyboard within the collections list or items list to expand all nodes and ”-” (minus) to collapse them.

To see how many items you have, click an item in the middle pane and Select All (Command-A on OS X or Control-A on Windows). A count of selected items will appear in the right pane.
