Handle Facilities Planning and Real Estate for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.  Currently undertaking research on the impacts of "floating" teachers, mobile/modular classrooms, and the "21st Century Classroom" on teacher effectiveness and student achievement.  My goal is to use these findings to inform the Capital Needs Assessment for the school district.
